A: Yes, Swope’s Lawn Service is fully insured.
Q: How do I receive a quote for lawn service?
A: Just give me a call or email me with your name, phone number and location of service. I can then come by and determine your price. You do not have to
be home when I come. I can always call you with the quote.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract for your services?
A: No. We will provide lawn care services based on a verbal agreement.
Q: How do I pay for your services?
A: Swope’s Lawn Service will send you a monthly bill for services rendered the previous month. Unlike many other lawn care companies, we do not require
pre-payment or weekly payment for services.
Q: How often do you provide mowing service?
A: We will mow your lawn on a weekly basis.
Q: What happens when it rains?
A: Your lawn will be mowed on the next available work day.
Q: Can I cancel service?
A: Yes, you can cancel service at any time without penalty by simply calling or sending a notice in writing. Upon cancellation, you will be billed for
services already provided.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes, we provide payment plans on a case-by-case basis for larger jobs. A minimum 20% downpayment is required and payments can be spread out up to 6 months.
